How I work

Strategy that
reaches the build.

My work connects technical strategy, product architecture and implementation. I help founders understand what needs to be built, make the consequential decisions and carry those decisions into a working product.

The interesting problems usually sit between disciplines. A marketplace needs more than matching. A consultation platform needs more than video. A credit application needs more than a form. The product works when the decisions, data and operational workflow fit together.

We start with the business outcome. What does the customer need to complete? Who owns each decision? Which system holds the authoritative information? What happens when a dependency fails?

Those questions shape the architecture and the delivery scope. The purpose stays consistent: give the team a clear next move and a system it can explain, operate and develop further.

Credit infrastructure

FABA Finance

CTO & Technical Strategist

FABA Finance connects borrowers with banking institutions in the UEMOA region. My technical scope covers credit origination, scoring, institution routing and interfaces for borrowers and banks.

The platform orchestrates applications and distribution; the institution underwrites. That boundary connects product design, integration architecture and operational traceability.

Expert consultations

Calledge

Founder & CTO

Calledge brings expert discovery, scheduling, video consultation, payments and invoicing into one platform, with multiple branded instances.

Matching an expert is the beginning. Availability, booking, delivery and payment must carry the customer through to a completed service.

Semantic matching

Allom

Founder & CTO

Allom connects businesses with relevant experts through natural language search and semantic matching.

Its matching architecture combines language embeddings, a vector index and ranking signals such as availability and rating. The challenge is connecting what a customer describes with an expert who can address it.

Digital commerce

Afterglow

Cofounder & Technical Lead

Afterglow explored luxury commerce through NFT based product authentication, provenance and ownership transfer. The project was incubated at Station F.

My role covered the technical stack and smart contract layer, connecting product storytelling with the mechanisms intended to record provenance and ownership.
